AgileConsent will merge all the data and creates a PDF ready for e-Signature. The Consent will be signed by:

• Simple mobile-ready User Interface to generate the consents, and acquire eSignatures
• Based on SOA, utilizing API to integrate into EMR and backend systems in real-time.
• Integration with major EMR (through adapters) and custom built EMR. There is no need to replicate PHI data.

All patient and treatment information is presented digitally so nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists and HIM staff can access and process with their own workflows. AgileConsent is fully compliant with HIPAA and Joint Commission. Plus, it’s fully compatible with your HIS and clinical systems so you never have to worry about system integration issues

After the signatures are collected, and the form is complete, the system will integrate with EMR system and upload the document onto the patient’s chart using the MRN/FIN/Visit/Encounter.
