Besides the amenities, the location just can’t be beat. The Mission is a fantastic local neighborhood with rich culture and some fantastic places to eat. El Metate was great. We like to eat at good beer restaurants when we’re out, so The Monk’s Kettle off Valencia was a short trip and was excellent.

We had a great stay in the Mission Garden. It was a wonderful hideaway for my fiance and I to spend some much needed time together. Not only did we enjoy the apartment (the art, the garden, the peace and quiet) but the neighborhood was great too!

Not only did we enjoy the apartment (the art, the garden, the peace and quiet) but the neighborhood was great too! Our restaurant recommendations to people new to the city would be: El Metate–around the corner; Dosa–Valencia and 19th Street (Indian food);
