Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf Claimed

Overall the facilities are well maintained, modern, with plenty amenities. What makes them a solid 2.9 star property is the lack of communication on behalf of their front desk, management & accounting personnel. I was overcharged, misquoted, put on hold, recharged 3 more times without receiving any communication.

Great location!! Friendly staff! Room with a view of coit tower! Walking distance to fishermans wharf, north beach, china town! Uber to china town $7.

Parking onsite is $59 but when I mentioned I was a Hyatt member they gave it to me for $25. Worth it to not have to worry about finding parking, 2 hour parking, moving the car, and or getting parking tickets!
